ichael Fassbender commands the screen in a challenging role as a 30-something New Yorker with a destructive sexual appetite. The drama, directed by Turner prize winning artist Steve McQueen (his follow up to acclaimed debut Hunger)  and co-written by him with Abi Morgan, is described as “a compelling and timely examination of the nature of need, how we live our lives and the experiences that shape us.”

Hunger is on general release in the UK from January 13, 2012.
